The Founder's Program Is Now Open

Why a Founder's Program?

Ashen Throne is free to play. It will remain free to play. The Founder's Program is not a subscription, not a premium tier, and not a pay-to-win mechanism. It is a one-time purchase for players who want to carry a permanent mark of having supported the game before it reached its full audience — and who want cosmetics that will never again be available to anyone who didn't buy in during this window.

There is no pressure to participate. The game will be identical for founders and non-founders in every gameplay respect. Founders get a cosmetic identity and a history. That's it.

We are making this program available because we believe in transparent, optional supporter programs over surprise monetization. Everything you receive is listed here. Nothing is hidden. Nothing is added later.

The Three Tiers

Tier I — Ash Warden

Price: $24.99 (one-time)

The entry point. Named for the warriors who stood at the edge of the Ashen Collapse and held the line so others could survive.

Includes:

• Ash Warden Armor Set — A full cosmetic armor set with a muted, ash-dusted aesthetic. Available for all 8 classes with class-appropriate interpretations.
• Ash Warden Title — Displayed in all PvP zones, social hubs, and the Hall of Founders.
• Founder's Emblem — A permanent profile badge showing the founding date of your account.
• Early Access Window — Server access 24 hours before general launch.
• Name Reservation — Lock your chosen username up to 72 hours before early access begins.
• 500 Ashen Coins — Optional cosmetic currency, included as a welcome gift.

Tier II — Ironbound

Price: $59.99 (one-time)

Named for the mercenary commanders of the Iron Compact — the warriors who forged contracts in iron instead of faith. Ironbound founders receive everything in Ash Warden, plus:

Includes everything in Tier I, plus:

• Ironbound Armor Set — A heavier, battle-scarred armor cosmetic set with weathered iron plating and embedded rune-light effects. All 8 classes included.
• Ironbound Title — Distinct from the Ash Warden title. Both are unlocked if you purchase this tier.
• Ironbound Mount — The Siege Drake — A medium-tier drake mount with iron plating over its natural scales. Animated chain effects on the saddle. Custom mount ability: Iron Roar (fear radius around the player, 60s cooldown).
• Founder's Hall Statue — A persistent in-game statue in the Hall of Founders bearing your name and account creation date. Visible to all players.
• Extended Early Access — Server access 48 hours before general launch (vs. 24 hours for Ash Warden).
• 1,500 Ashen Coins

Tier III — Crimson Lord

Price: $99.99 (one-time)

The highest founder tier. Named for the warlords of the Ashen Crown who believe rulership is a birthright written in blood. This tier has a hard cap of 500 slots globally. When they are filled, Crimson Lord closes permanently.

Includes everything in Tiers I and II, plus:

• Crimson Lord Armor Set — The most visually distinct of the three founder sets. Deep crimson plate with animated ember-glow edges and a unique silhouette that alters the character's visual presence in the world. All 8 classes included.
• Crimson Lord Title — The rarest title in the game.
• The Ashen Throne itself — A permanent, account-bound cosmetic seat that can be placed in your Guild Hall. Visible to all guild members and visitors. No functional benefit — purely a statement of history.
• Crimson Lord Mount — The Dreadsteed — A unique war horse variant with animated fire trails, a custom charge-ability visual, and an alternate color not available in any other mount.
• Hall of Founders — Gold Inscription — Crimson Lord founders receive a gold-text listing in the Hall of Founders, distinct from the silver-text Ironbound and standard-text Ash Warden listings.
• Developer Acknowledgement — Crimson Lord founders are listed by username in the game's credits under "Founders — Crimson Lord."
• 72-Hour Early Access — Server access 72 hours before general launch.
• 3,000 Ashen Coins

What Founders Do NOT Get

To be completely transparent about what the Founder's Program is not:

• No gameplay advantage. No stat bonuses, no XP multipliers, no exclusive gear with better numbers, no access to areas non-founders cannot reach.
• No recurring benefits. This is a one-time purchase. There are no monthly fees, no renewal required, and no tiered subscription model.
• No refunds. Founder's Program purchases are non-refundable. Please read the full tier description before purchasing.
• No upgrade discounts. Purchasing Tier I does not entitle you to a discounted upgrade to Tier II or III. Each tier is a separate purchase.

Name Reservation

Name reservation opens 72 hours before the Ash Warden early access window for all Founder tiers. You may reserve up to one username per account. Reserved names are held until 30 minutes after your tier's early access window opens — at that point, the reservation is automatically applied to your account, or you may change it during account setup.

Ironveil Studios reserves the right to reject usernames that violate our community guidelines.

The Hall of Founders

The Hall of Founders is a persistent in-game location accessible from all major city hubs. It lists every Founder by username, tier, and account creation date in the order they registered. It is not a leaderboard — there is no competition. It is a record.

Ironbound and Crimson Lord founders have statues. All Crimson Lord founders have gold-text inscriptions visible from across the hall. The Hall of Founders will never be removed from the game.

1. Create a free Ashen Throne account at Account Registration.
2. Log in and navigate to the Founder's Program section in your account dashboard.
3. Select your tier and complete the checkout process.
4. Your rewards will be applied immediately and your name reservation opens at the scheduled date.
